Bugfixes / additions for Classy Cuffs & Collar

Back at it with some fixes as well as additions for the classy cuff set & collar items!
Biggest news is that they now come with support for Legacy Male! They /should/ very much fit athletic and masculine both, since the two bodies are extremely similar, but please let me know on support.psicorp.us if you run into any fitting issues!

Beyond that, the following issues have been addressed:

• fixed pbr fluff not properly hiding
• fixed wrong names for some chain points
• fixed ebody wrists clipping with third party hands
• fixed jake collar clipping itself
• fixed nonfunctional label option in menu
• added legacy male support

Lastly, the collar for the sturdy cuff set had its collar text fixed, it will now no longer accidentally offset text one position to the right, and will thus also correctly display 8-letter inputs.
